kar kar RPP has the capacity of generating 23MW of electricity.But it is generating only 10 MW of electricity.THe monthly rent of Kar kar RPP is US $9million.In Pakistani Rs. this amount is nearly 776 million Rs.We could spent this amount on canals of Punjab to generate electricity or on building of small power generating capacity dams on Khyber pk and Gilgit Baltistan rivers or even we could give this money to IPP's to meet the power shortage.But.............
